Daily Prayer

Take your seat,

Feel yourself

Connected to the earth.

Be quiet

Let the stillness enter

Know that all things pass away

People, animals, nature

Yet you can rest at ease

Allow all things to rise and fall

With a peaceful heart

Be at the centre

This is home.
